boundary BOUNDARY LINES. (by David Lawyer, 1995) N. Boundary: Per plot plan for Henry House it's 2' 7" from stairwell wall. This is about 6" beyond N. edge of concrete curb. As measured (roughly) from the other side of Los Robles, it's about 1' N of N edge of curb at Los Robles sidewalk. Thus part of the parking lot to the N belongs to us. W. Boundary: Probably at E. edge of Los Robles sidewalk. S. Boundary: Is along a line drawn along N edge of Del Mar sidewalk at apartments. This it's set back over 1 1/2 ft. from sidewalk onto flower beds unless city gave us this strip. An agreement with city exists in archive room. E. Boundary: Wall in back of apartments is a line wall about 4" on our side and 2" on other side. CORNER STAKES: NE corner of Henry House: 2" pipe was dug up by E. neighbors to build fence. It was still there is 1995. NW corner of apartments: 2" pipe was tilted when E. neighbors built fence. Located just S of fence post behind garages.
