All windows are wood except for metal in first floor choir Rm.  All
are casements (inward opening) with multiple lights.

How to repair damaged window sills and door thresholds?   In 2003 used
solid color stain as it's less likely to peel.  Have a note
about using "soft epoxy" filler that stays soft.  What is it?
