apt_repair	     APARTMENT REPAIRS	(by David Lawyer, 1995)

See city inspection report for summer 1993.  They threw the book at us
and forced us to do many repairs and upgrades, a major one which was
replacing the garage doors.

1994: 4@ aluminum garage doors installed by Hunts Door Repair.
   Cost $375 each except for 4th one which was installed later.

1995: Circuit breaker for 1/2 of rear apt. didn't work.  Reason: weak
contact prongs.  Fixed by bending prongs (in service panel near meter).

May 1996: Rear apt.: Bath lavatory drain clogged with hair under
building.  Fixed with snake.
